Absurdly long wait for an item meant in 6 days

On the 22nd of September 2013 I ordered a Nintendo 3DS video game from [URL Removed] my usual and trusted source for all online shopping. Knowing that I placed my order on a Sunday, I waited until the next day, the 23rd, a Monday to pay my order total of R470.82. After payment, I immediately sent an email regarding the proof of payment. The order in question had an expected deliver date of 6 days, however, 6 days later my payment had still not been reflected on to my order, and so again, I sent a screenshot of my banking transactions proving the successful transaction. Only after speaking with someone on Twitter did my order finally start going through the appropriate steps. Today, the 30th, has my payment finally been confirmed. What makes matters worse is I now have to wait a further week until the Monday of the 7th of October for my package to be delivered. Over two weeks is an absurd amount of time to wait for something to be processed and delivered where it should only have taken somewhere between 6-7 days, I am deeply disappointed in [URL Removed] and am considering whether or not I will continue to purchase from them as I have so regularly in the past.
