I bought a book from [URL Removed] once a long time ago and since then I've been receiving promotions and other correspondence from them that I do not want. Clicking unsubscribe did not work and there is no way to delete one's account on the site (this does not inspire trust).
Eventually on 20/09/2013 I contacted customer support to have my account deleted completely. 3 days later I received confirmation from Charles Frolick, Contact Centre Agent, that this has been done. I felt satisfied with this until today when, lo and behold I received another piece of junk mail.
I would recommend you use a temporary/burner email address when dealing [URL Removed] as they do not respect their customers.
