I placed an online order on 11/12/2012, the item I ordered was supposed to be a Christmas gift.
I checked on the delvery status a week later and saw on the internet tracking system the item has been dispatched on 13/12/2012. To date I have logged queries online and still didnt get any response regarding the order I placed. I called in today to find out what was taking so long and was told that I should give it a week or two as they unable to advise what the delay is and after the week or two I need to call back.
I have placed online orders with Woolworths numerous times and it was always delivered the same day or a day later.
In December 2011 I also placed an online order and the order was never delivered but it was charged to my account assumed because it was a busy time they were over committed. I contacted the call centre and the funds were reversed, however this has happened again and no one has bothered to get back to me regarding the query I logged on their website 02/01/2013. This service is appalling.
