I noticed that my account was debited for financial services that I did not join. I phoned customer service and they told me they can cancell but cant reverse the debits.
I phonen again to get a second opinion and was told I cant be helped at the call centre and was given a Durban number by Busi. I phoned there and was told to go to the shop, phoned Nongoma Jet and also told to come to the shop, why mustI I suffer for something I did not sign for or agree to, somebody forged my signature and I must pay for that?
