My fiance and I bought R300 of their rugby mix biltong for our Christmas holiday drive. 10 minutes after we began eating it, I chocked on a long piece of hair. This disgusted me and I throw the rest of the biltong away instead of returning it as I was already a few hours into my trip. I then emailed them to complain about the hair in the biltong and did not get so much as an email to apologize in return.
