I went to Game Richards Bay to purchase a fridge this past weekend (Sunday 12/01/2014), the fridge was not in stock therefore they asked for it from Game Empangeni, I paid the whole amount that was due for the fridge; I was then told to collect it on Wednesday (15/01/2014).
I then went to collect it the day they advised, only to be told that MY FRIDGE THAT I PAID FOR has been sent to Game Store in Ballito and the next stock might arrive next week Thursday (24/01/2014)!!! WHY WAS MY FRIDGE SENT AWAY??? Is this what they call good service, are customers in Ballito more important than any other customer, this is totally unacceptable. Someone should sort this mess out or give me back my money, I'm sure other suppliers would provide better service than this rubbish!!!
