BAD SERVICE BUYING FROM 1BRANCH COLLECTION @ ANADA

My husband and i bought a fridge that was on sale at Game in Mall @ Reds on the 14 Oct 2013, we asked them to check the fridge if its available at Game Thohoyandou before we make payment. They confirmed that they have 4 available therefore we make cash payment via debit card. We had to ask someone to collect the fridge at Thohoyandou, upon their arrival they were told there is no stock availabe less than 24hrs after we paid for the fridge, and said we must come in two weeks time. Game Mall @Reds phoned and said the fridge is available yesterday 23Oct2013, we send someone to go collect it today 24 Oct 2013, i requested Game Mall @Reds to fax proof of purchase to Thohoyandou but Thohoyandou kept saying they not receiving anything. Game Thohoyandou refused to make a call to Mall @Reds to laison regarding the fax i had to call from my office in Centurion to get that fax through which took us 3hrs the attitude of the sales people in Thohoyandou is unacceptable. How can they refuse to laison with the other branches. 4hrs later only then they stood a long que awaiting to get the fridge out of the store room. 5 and half hrs in the shop then we get the fridge. This is pathetic and VERYBAD!
