I was looking for the marked down arm chairs (2) called scandi at @home in menlyn park which were sold out, I then request a floor consultant to check for the chairs on the system around PTA or Jhb which showed the store in rand burg had 7 chairs (2014-01-13 17:00) he then gave me the numbers. Today I called the store and hold for 20min for being helped (staff who were unsure what to do) until I spoke to a lady who said they don't have stock it's only one chair which is reserved for the client but there's 2 chairs showing on the system in CPT warehouse, she gave me canal walk centurion centre no.0215251945 to call for them to request the chairs from warehouse instead I called warehouse myself and I got this guy who told me that I'm not allowed to call the distribution centre myself but the chairs are available. He said to me go back to the store asked them to place an order for you, I went back to menlyn, I got Palesa who was not friendly at all, I asked her to call warehouse to find out the condition of the chairs she said the phones are down and only BManager has auth i must pay transport cost about R400, then I offered her my phone she disappeared and then said theres no answe
