I expect better service Makro

I purchased a Samsung 400Lt fridge on Saturday with Govinda the sales agent. He advised me that he cannot get me a delivery on Monday but will be definitely on Tuesday. I have called in sick to work this morning just to be here to collect the new fridge. I have also sold my older fridge to make place for the new one incl placing all frozen goods into packets and boxes. From 8am this morning I have not received any call to advise of the delivery. I call the store at midday and speak to noel; he advises he will call me back with exact details of my delivery. To date no call back. I now call through to the store to speak to a manager; Nadine is on duty, although the manager is on leave. She has been very helpful in locating my fridge; is an hour across Durban and may reach me before 530. All my frozen stock has spoilt; all my calls to noel, Shane prishen have been in vain -no one could give me an expected time of delivery. kassie I was advised by govinda will be helpful - he is not available. The service has been shocking. I have lost a day of wages, over R500 in spoilt groceries and am so upset. This is not the service I expect from a reputable store like Makro. I am so disappointed.
