I bought a Rocky Sandal for my son on 7-01-2014. The Sandal broke today. When I took it back Anton gave my the 20 questions. I asked him if he didn't believe me, he just replied that it is highly unlikely that this could happen. I then requested my money back and told him that I'll never buy there again. I need to be treated with respect as a paying customer. I don't need to be interrogated by staff and made to look like a. Even after I told Anton that I feel offended by him not believing me he still carried on telling whoever he phoned for authorisation that the customer CLAIMS that the sandal just broke.
Don't sell inferior quality products and we won't have to return it.
