Having previously put a number of reports on Hellopeter without any problems, I wrote a report about Coca-Cola Dome during April 2013. I received an email on 29 April advising of the response and stating that I would be sent a Customer Feedback email 54 hours after the report appeared. Despite my sending emails to Hellopeter on 9 May and 16 May advising that I had not received such email, I'm still waiting for it. A friend tells me he has recently had a similar experience.
