I emailed Exclusive Books via their website to enquire whether they sell a certain book I am looking for? I emailed them on 9 January 2014. It is now 14 January 2014 and I have yet to hear any feedback... How long do you think is acceptable for your customers to wait to receive any feedback?!?!
