On the 24 th Dec we went to do last minute shop, none of the lifts were working, so we had to go to edgars or the one near dischem. Not the best since being in a wheelchair it is far. Especially since we only needed stuff above and below in the middle. During this time my wifes phone was removed from her bag and all Florence could say is sorry. So guess who won't be going near that center again, even if I have to drive further afteer their attitude not disabled friendly at all
