TREATING DISABLED PEOPLE

LAST NITE 05/03/2013 I WENT TO OR THAMBO TO USE THE BANKS WITH MY DISABLED DAUGHTER WHERE WE PARKED ON A DISABLED PARKING AS SHE IS IN A WHEELCHAIR. WE WENT IN BY THE TIME WE GOT OUT WE REALIZED MY VEHICLE HAS BEEN TOWED AWAY. WE WENT TO THE SECURITY AND WE WERE INFORMED THEY TOWED IT AWAY AND WE WENT TO THE PLACE WHO TOWED IT TO FETCH THE VEHICLE AND I WAS INFORMED BY THE LADY THAT WE HAVE TO PAY THE FINE OF R650.00 DUE TO THE FACT THAT WE HAVENT HAD A DISABLED SIGN ON THE VEHICLE BUT OUR DAUGHTER IN THE WHEELCHAIR WAS WITH US AND MORE AS PROOF. MY QUESTION TO MANAGEMENT IS A DISABLED PARKING NEVER REQUIRES A STICKER EVEN OLD AGE PEOPLE CAN USE IT SO WHY DO I HAD TO PAY IM REALLY NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE I GOT. CAN OR THAMBO MANAGEMENT GET BACK TO ME ON THIS ONE. AND AFTER IT HAS BEEN TOWED AWAY MY VEHICLE IS DAMAGE WHEEL ALIGNMENT IS OUT AND SOMETHING IS DAMAGE UNDERNEATH BY THE SUSPENSION.
