Compliments to Noleen at Woolworths Somerset Mall who has kept me up to date following a problem I had at the till. Last week I used my credit card with a chip and I was NOT asked to put in my pin. My bank said I should never allow this transaction to go through, so I told Noleen, who has come back to me 3 times. Their IT department has corrected the problem. Thank you for good service!
