We bought the bedroom suit at bradlows furniture shop on the 14/09/2013, they delivered the wrong ware drop, we informed the shop and they promised to change it. The manager said it was delivered to another customer, to weeks went by, we called the shop, the manager blamed it on the warehouse staff. On 03/10/2013 a man from warehouse called asking about directions but they never went to my place. On 08/10/2013 warehouse called again asking for directions, I asked if they are delivering my waredrop, he said no, they are fetching the wrong one, they have delivered, they don't have the one I bought on stock, and they have ordered it and can take two weeks before they get it.
How did they sell waredrop of they don't have it on stock. And every time we call its always a different story from store manager and the warehouse manager. Why did they let me sign the contract if they don't have stock, how do we trust them moving forward.
