Last week Thursday was my birthday (09/01). I was in Canal Walk and remembered I had a birthday voucher from Jet so went into your branch there to use it. I picked an item and my husband did as well and we both headed to the checkout. Thembi rang up my husbands item, then turned around and walked off without helping me. I was confused, but I waited for her to come back. She did not. Another lady joined the queue behind me and asked me where everyone was. We stood there for 5 min until Lisa came and fiddled with hangers in a box. The lady behind me said, "excuse me, we would like to pay" to which Lisa ignored me standing by the counter and went to help the lady behind me. I explained to Lisa that Thembi had just walked off and not come back and that I was not happy with the service I was receiving. She just looked at me, gave no apology and carried on with what she was doing. Apparently Pumsa is the manageress of that branch, even though she was nowhere to be found.
Every time I got to a Jet, the queues are always long or else there is no one at the counter, your staff are rude and unhelpful. You have good products but your service leaves a lot to be desired!
