I went into your reds mall branch at foschini to exchange a jersey that was too large for me as i had got it as a birthday gift. I walked over to the returns and exchanges section at the back stood in a queue then finally got to the lady behind the counter i explained to her that i received a jersey as a gift and i wanted to exchange it for a smaller size and i also showed her that the tag was still on the jersey only the price was removed she then said to me "Oh sorry mam i cant exchange this for you because the price is removed" so i explained to her yes as it was a gift she then said "there's nothing i can do okay goodbye". I walked away and went to another lady at the cellphone and jewellery counter and i explained to her my situation she then advised me that she will gladly assist me and change it for me. I cannot remember her name but she was very unhelpful unlike the other lady who seriously needs customer service training!!!
