I went to the salon lisa in argyl road, Durban, to have my hair straightened. I paid R1300. the salon was very busy and they did not treat any one of their customers with respect. the treatment took hours more than what it was supposed too and on op of that they did not do it properly. Just 3 months after having the treatment done my hair went extremely curly and coarse. the treatment was also supposed to have a one year guarantee that if it went curly I could go back and they would re-do it. I went back and they were rude and obliviously not happy about me coming back. they refused to re0do and after I paid so much for it. I warn any lady who wants to have the straightening done to rather go to the branch in china mall as I went there before and they did it perfectly for me.
