I placed an order 2 months ago on [URL Removed] Within 10 minutes I realized I had ordered the wrong item (the payment had not been taken and nothing was shipped or moved or anything like that). I tried to cancel my order online (their help section says there is a cancel button when the order is in the status that my order was in, needless to say it was not). I then called customer service and was told no problem, the order would be cancelled.
The next day I received a shipping confirmation email. I called customer service again, they told me it was a mistake on their side. The warehouse had not seen the cancellation notice. They are going to call the courier back. They charged my card by this time.
I said I would like the money refunded back to my card. They assured me it was not a problem. After chasing them for two weeks, I find that they have put the money back as a credit on the account. This doesn't help me as I am not located in South Africa so refunding to South African banks only is pretty useless.
Not wanting to spend another min talking to them I refunded the money to a friends account. 2 months later and still no money and no response from this useless company.
