I ordered a product on the 25 July 2013 and received confirmation of my order at 12h41. Parcel 6312575. I then cancelled the order and received confirmation of same at 12h57 - 16 minutes apart:

I have now received the product yesterday. After opening - The product i cancelled was delivered to me...
This is unacceptable as you confirmed that same has been cancelled!!!
Now what?? Do i lose my money due to your negligence regarding my request? You even confirmed same. I have all the emails if needed.
