FAILURE - Horrible Service -!!!

I placed an order with [URL Removed] on the 5th August 2013. M10456223
I was told later that my order would take about 3 weeks to get delivered (26 Aug). I called to cancel my order, and by the way I order they same items every month - coffee capsules).

I was told that the cancellation will be done immediately and the money refunded, this did not happen. I received an email saying my package is on it's way on the 15th August. I called to confirm and the order was not cancelled and no money refunded.

I called twice again today 26 August 2013 and still no delivery and today I was told that my account was credited with the amount. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. Now I have to wait longer for my money because of your lack of service.

I will be finding an alternative supplier - unfortunately you are the only online suppliers of caffeluxe coffee. I already because of similar incidents moved to [URL Removed] for all my games and movie needs and they actually deliver and keep their promises. They went to buy me a game that they advertised wrongly without me even asking or complaining.

[URL Removed] you are bad, bad service, empty promises and full of. I will be spreading the word.
