Pick & Pay Heidelberg a disgarce

When to Pick & Pay this evening @ about 5.30pm to shop for sugar, bread etc.

Only bread available was /- 6 loaves from the bakery. No other brand of bread available. Shelves Empty.

Then went to buy sugar only white sugar available was /- 5 pkts Pick & Pay brand. Shelves Empty. I asked one of the workers if this is the only sugar they have and was told no they have SELATI in the back stores. I asked him what is the purpose of this being in the stores and not on the shelves.

I then asked for Canderal. NO STOCK (THEY NEVER HAVE STOCK)

I spoke to the Branch Manger and told him that this shop is a disgrace and that I would take the matter further and was told that I must do that if I wanted to.

When Pick & Pay Heidelberg first opened it was a pleasure to shop there (SHOP WAS CLEAN, ALWAYS STOCK ON THE SHELVES, THERE WAS A VARIETY) I cannot say the same today (SHOP DIRTY AND NO STOCK)

The Owner of this Franchise will really have to take a good look at this shop as you can see how this Pick & Pay has gone backwards (IT SEEMS AS IF THE OWNER HAS LOST INTEREST)

Please go and look at Pick & Pay Sharonpark, Spar Nigel & Checkers Nuffield. What a pleasure to shop there.
