The stores are advertising the skip washing powder for R49.00 for a 2kg. the store in question packs 2 shelves full of this 2kg washing powder, with the ad thats says the washing powder is R49.99. However on top of the 2kg it says you get 200g free makes this a 2.2kg (bearing in mind that the R49.99 ad is on this shelf and there are no other 2kg bags). Now as a consumer its not my responsiblty to check and make sure that the shelves are packed correctly, it is also not my resposibitly to make sure that the empty shelves are filled with the advertised goods. This is not the 1st time i go into the boksburg store and the same thing happens the wrong stuff is always on the shelves or the shelves are always empty. Are the staff in the store hiding the goods so they can buy it when the shop closes? The consumer protection act says that if a store advertise a product and they dont have it they must give the client a similar product at the same price, The manager and the staff in this just couldnt be bothered with wether or not the shelves are packed correct, the staff even spoke about me while I was standing there cause the assume that I can understand the language. BAD SERVICE!!!
