Pick 'n Pay
2 Years on - empty shelves & bad service continue

Pick n Pay Woodlands Boulevard Store must be a big embarrassment for Pick 'n Pay - if they only knew. In Feb 2010 I complained for the first time about a few problems at this store on a Sunday afternoon. Nothing changed, so I avoided the store for 2.5 years and rather shopped at Woolworths in the same centre on Sundays.
I recently visited the store twice between 15:00 and 17:00 on a Sunday and nothing has changed. No baskets, very few trolleys, some shelves are completely empty, most staff members look like they are about to fall over for a snooze and management are playing on their phones.
Just remember:
- I take the time and make the effort to visit YOUR STORE to do my shopping.
- My time and petrol is wasted if half the items on my list are not on the shelves (after I waited for 10 minutes, someone produced some soy milk - out of stock on the shelf)
- I don't feel like a valued client if your store is so untidy and empty, it looks like it has been looted.
- As long as the doors are open, no matter what time of day it is, your store should be stocked, tidy and have friendly and alert staff.
I took some pictures for your reference, which I will post on your Facebook page.
