I made a purchase from the mall @reds Ackermans however when i returned home i noticed that they overcharged me on 3 items.
I called in the next day and spoke to the manager who then apologised and told me to come in.
When i took the purchase back he made a correction and told me that there is nothing they else the can do as the barcode from the suppliers is in correct he then told me that his manager will get back to me and i am still waiting this is pathetic service.
Also the cashiers are arrogant and rude because i was in there just before closing time they could not be bothered about customer satisfaction.
