I bought a Phone from Ackermans Musgrave, Durban branch. When I got home it wasn't working. I took it back to the store the following day to return it as i was frustrated. When I took it back, the manager by the name of Prish Naidoo totally refused to give me a refund and said they do not give refunds. She was so rude and disrespect full to me. She shouted at me in front of the customers as if I was crazy for returning the phone. She had such an attitude and was highly disrespectful. When I read the slip later on it said that I can return it within 7 days of purchase and get a full refund. She is not only missinformed but lacks knowledge as a manager. So my question to Ackermans is, do they take people from the street to manage a store? Do they even care to teach these people about customer service? I don't ever see my self making any purchases there ever again, and I'm going to tell everyone that I know about the hopelessness and poor service I experienced.
