I bought a TV for my daughter 43" Samsung Plasma at store mentioned above and I included insurance with the purchase. My daughter's house was broken into 15 Dec and the following week I reported the incident to the store and submitted all the documents necessary for a claim. I was informed by the manager that the insurance company opens beginning Jan and I would have my answer by insurance then. The manager tells me the insurance will reject or accept claim when they do (whenever that is) I cant speak to them and he will contact me. I have called and called- always the same answer. What is the point of having insurance if you have to wait for more than a month to even give you a verdict let alone replace insured goods. This is UNACCEPTABLE and someone needs to do something about it immediately. Its 04 Feb 2013 already, someone needs to do something
