Again I have been tardy in writing this report. Just prior to Christmas Lonehill store ran out of Pongraz champagne at the advertised special. My husband was in a hurry and arranged with Kingsway for the next day cutting our time, due to Christmas very short (I was not a happy "camper" when he came home empty handed!). BUT Kingsway had allowed someone to drive his personal car to another store and collect 6 bottles for us. Next day my arrival they were carefully locked away for collection!!
Thank You Kingsway for the efficient and polite manner in which you helped us. May 2014 give him all he deserves for the extra mile he goes!!!
