For some time now I have been meaning to recognise Kingsway Hloyi for his outstanding leadership in the Pick n Pay Lonehill store and the consistently high levels of customer service he displays.
I can in all honesty say that I never before come across a store manager (and not only PnP) who demonstrates the unique qualities which this young man demonstrates.
From being omnipresent on the floor, to picking up the mantle of packer when the pressure builds at the checkout, to just being the most pleasant and helpful gentlemen I have ever come across, he is OUTSTANDING!
This young man is indeed one-in-a-million!!
I would like to recommend that Kingsway receives the highest possible accolade for what he does for the Pick n Pay brand!
I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation for Kingsway's outstanding level of service.
