I popped into Pick'nPay Lonehill having left gym yesterday (Heritage Day) to buy a few odds and ends. As usual the Dairy Belle Fat Free (In Shape) yoghurt was out of stock and so I decided to talk to someone. I was quickly hussled to Kingsway, the manager who took my complaint seriously. He offered to send Musa (the driver) to Fourways Crossing to collect stock for me, and deliver it at no cost to my home. As he was so pleasant and understanding I said I would take a smaller opposition product and return to collect my desired product today. He did not allow me to pay for the smaller "unwanted "yogurt as it was not my choice and made me feel like a queen. My husband returned on my behalf to day and was recognised, and received 2X large tubs, as requested which he had stored in the back fridges for me. We are more than happy to support him in this store if this is the attitude and efficiency, as a customer, am to receive in the future.
