BAD ATTITUDE

Good day

I am so frustrated with the way I was treated today 12/01/14 by Cirnoria Lethuloe from Pick n Pay at Westgate Mall, I went there to withdraw money at 10:15 and she refused to assist claiming that she does not have enough cash in the till and its still early, I have to go to the ATM. I asked if she can give me R100 at least so I can go she still refused and I stood there. She took my card and said she is checking how much she has on the till to my surprise she had more than R1000 then only then she gave me the requested amount I wanted which was R500.

The attitude she gave me was not necessary because I was not asking her to give me her money it was mine, she was even wearing a wrong name tag... I only saw the name on the receiept, she never apologised for treating me that way. If possible she should be taught about customer service because we pay her salary.
