Second time experiencing poor customer service. First time was a few months ago when our family visited the store. We did't buy anything and on the way out the cashier wanted to search my wife's baby bag, the store wasn't busy. And it made us feel like criminals. The bag wasn't searched on the way in. The search was not the problem, but the way in which it was done made us feel uncomfortable. Today after not visiting the store since the search incident, we visited Kingsmead again. My wife was already in the store and I had our small kids in a shopping trolley. As I entered the store one of the ladies behind the counter shouted at me. "Hey you, you may not enter the store with that trolley". Again the store was not busy infact my wife was alone inside. I wanted to know what I should do with my two kids on which she replied that I must take them out. All staff were behind the counter and not a single one on the floor. I was not happy, she replied it's management rules. Looks like me and my family is not welcome at kingsmead shoes - bloemfontein.
