Went to CNA store in Keywest today to buy a cellphone. Arrived at the counter and the lady working there is busy with her own, obviously "very important" task of fiddling around and looking uninterested in the customers waiting to be assisted. After about 10 - 15 min. she realized that we were not going to leave, she rudely asked us what we wanted. My wife showed her the phone we wanted to buy and she disappeared. After another 10 min. she returned to find us still waiting just to inform us that the phone we wanted is out of stock, my wife asked her for the different color one and she said the one on display is the only one they have, when my wife said it was fine this "lady" made no attempt to hide the fact that she now HAD to help us, after a roll of eyes she disappeared again. I decided to go and search for the same phone elsewhere and eventually found one in the Edgars store after about 15 min. I called my wife and she was still waiting for the "lady" to return and I told her to just leave the store and come to Edgars. At Edgars we were assisted RICA'd and walked out with a phone in less than 5 min with FRIENDLY service. I will definitely NEVER buy anything from CNA again EVER!!!
