My ex-husband purchased school shoes for both daughters approximately 6 weeks ago. On polishing the one pair of shoes I noticed that the inner material section covering the bottom of the shoes had come loose. I visited the store on 13 June to enquire about the matter, without a slip of course as I did not purchase the shoes. Chum Edwards from Head Office was visiting the store at the time, and overheard my conversation with the lady behind the counter. He identified the problem and instructed the store to source a pair of shoes as there was no stock. I received a call no more than an hour and a half later to say that the shoes were in store and I could fetch them!
