Hi, this incident took place on the 25/07 firstly we arrived @the store 6:30 and was told the store closes at 7, 1stly i spent 10minutes of my time lookin for a trolley & alll ALL the trolleys had disappeard convienently closer to 7 they all disappear so i had to use one of those kiddies car trolley and becoz they very limted with regards to space i had to take 2..i rushed thru the stored as i can understand the staff wanted to leave.when leaving the store we were told our type of trolleys arent allowed out the store, the staff standing at the door made no attemept to even find a trolley for us, even tho ther was a trolley behind them wit a staff members bags in... luckily my husband found one after running back to the tills however not all our parcel could fit in the trolley so the remainder of our good we dragged outside the store while my hubby went in search of one in the mall, all the while the staff just watched us, and made no attempt 2 help, i cant understand they wanted to leave ..service was terrible will stick to the westville checkers frm now on
