My wife and I went into this store twice in the last 3 weeks, and each time we left shocked at the level of bad service that we had received.
The first time we visited the store, my wife wanted to know if they had a certain hat, and the group of consultants looked at us and pointed towards a box full of hats. We then politely asked if one of them could check, and one of the unfriendly ladies did so reluctantly.
The second time we entered the store was last week, and we just wanted a balloon for our son. We entered the store and asked the sales consultant for a balloon for my son. She looked at us as if we were crazy, and pointed, without saying a word to what we discovered were balloons. Then, we chose our colour and returned to her. She walked over, took the balloon from my wife and proceeded to just push my sons pram out of the way, to get to the gas tank to blow up the balloon-this is whilst I'm holding the pram... no excuse me please or anything!
We will try our best to avoid this store in future. We just find it extremely ironic, that a place whose business is parties and happiness, has a 'team' of staff who clearly represent the opposite. POOR, POOR, POOR!!!
