Had a terrible experience from the JET/Edgars cellphone store in Hillbrow. i reside in Yeoville and after walking to Hillbrow where I did not receive service regarding my blackberry, I had to walk all the way back to yeoville.
I recently got a Blackberry but did not know how to load the BBM BIS or internet.
Again!! I walk into your Yeoville branch at JET clothing. I find a lady behind the cell phone counter in her uniform. No name tag. Looking down at a sheet. I greet her and for the entire duration of asking for assistance she does not even look at me or acknowledge me. Acted like I was wasting her time. Told me that she is busy and that I should come again tomorrow. The ugliest attitude. Acted tired infront of me. And this is after I experienced bad counter service at the Hillbrow branch ON THE SAME DAY!
Jet, you spend millions on tv ads telling us to come and support your store. Yet your people know nothing about phones, while they work behind cell counters. You don't train your ppl on customer service, you don't give them name tags and you can hardly teach them to greet.
I will tell each and every family member, not to support that branch.
Totally unacceptable!
