I understand that Month end can be busy at fast food places. However this particular Debonairs branch carries out poor services time and time again. Went to go buy Pizzas 1 Sept 2013 at Yeoville branch after 19:37 pm.( Don't have a car - walk by foot from St Georges street and De la Rey - in a dark Neighborhood)
Waited almost an hour. No apology no nothing, cashier laughing on the phone. No Chicken? Why didn't you guys stock in advance? Ordered two Pizzas, promised Beef, Got Small mince.
Why isn't there chicken? Rude responds (it's finished!) Pizzas were cold. Pizza heat stamps on the boxes not available. Ordered sweet chilli chicken, one of the slices had a tikka hot sauce on it. My two year old son NEARLY CHOKED! The other bacon and chicken pizza, also no chicken, few scraps of macon. Poor service. last time I had a pizza delivered, had to have it sent back Pizza Filla was stuck up on the pizza box and squashed in delivery man's Motor bike carrier.
Bad service cannot go on this way. Serving a predominantly black community doesn't mean it is acceptable to have bad service! Been supporting the Debonairs brand for YEARS. This is THE WORST BRANCH!
Pity I reside in Yeoville.
