BEST to worst manager. Yeoville

I regret ever complementing your Yeoville manager Alfred after our last " bad service" incident.
Alred ignored me again, maybe because it was me I don't know when I kindly asked for assistance with drawing cash.

This is after I waited for more than 30 mins in the que to draw cash. Then the card is declined how? because it has cash. No the story now is "most standard bank cards decline". Alfred is acting busy, while looking at the calendar on his computer. Even one of his manager colleagues had to remind him that hey, the customer is still here waiting for you. No regard, very off with me, ask the supervisors! Okay, what are the supervisors wearing? Alfred replies: they are all dressed the same, they are all wearing the same thing.

As usual, his cashiers struggle with customer service. They move u from the que, to go and que with four other trolleys infront of you at the cashiers desk. Alfred continues to ignore customers, act busy when he is not. SHOW HIS BACK TO CUSTOMERS. Give mean stare and show you that he really doesn't give a.

The store has managers who hardly move around to check that things are okay.

Bad service. AGAIN! from Yeoville. I will not be silent.
