I walk into the Mc donalds in yeoville. First I buy a strawberry sundae. No problem. I eat it as I walk home. I liked it so much that I decided to walk back all the way from Bellevue back into Yeoville to buy the fries. There is no que so I walk up to a lady and ask if I can order. This lady totally ignores me. Does not say sorry this till is not working, no smile no nothing... ignores me as if she knows me personally and does not want to talk to me...
I do not even know this woman, but she was just so off handed and rude and made me stand there for minutes, until a bright and friendly cashier named NICK decides to politely call me to his cash desk and he helps me. Nick was so kind, looked me in the eye, gave me attention and took my order.
I later ask a cleaner who that very rude, ignorant lady was, only to find that THAT WAS THE MANAGER. I hear her name is Princess. How in the world does MC D's train their managers? How is it that your cashiers have impeccable manners while your managers struggle to look people in the eye and give a simple " PLEASE MOVE over to the next till answer" Goodness Princess, being manager does not mean you should have your manners in a bag of chips.
