Dumisele Xhakaza phoned me offering me a policy for hospital plan etc. i asked if he had some documents i could veiw before agreeing to taking it. He said there was no such thing and said that i dont trust Edgars. He said that edgars trusts me and gave me a credit limit. He asked if he must put me under the names of people who are not interested and i said yes because he couldnt provide documents for me. he then said okay goodbye and thanks for not trusting edgars. i said if thats the case then i should just cancel my whole account. i asked if i could speak to his manager and he hung up on me. i think this is very poor service and i am not impressed.
