I visit Clicks at Village Market, Durban often and spend a lot of money there. I asked Store manager Sindile to order stock of a hair dye I use. Sindile told me she phoned the Pavilion branch, they have no stock and made no more effort to order the box dye for me. After phoning clicks call centre numerous of times, I finally spoke to Remy at 12:16 today, who was very helpful and he said the Pavilion branch have 4 left in stock. I have been trying to get hold of Pavilion branch for the last hour it's just engaged.

Why do I have to go to such strenuous lengths to get hold of a box dye?!!

I use Schwarzkopf Live Color 47 Plum.
