Voucher won (scratch card competition doesnt work)

Last year sometime i participated in the scratch card competiton and won a couple of zando vouchers.

the first R50 off work nbut the others do no... saying only one use per customer permitted.

I emailed Zando on the 20th Nov to make them aware and was promised someone would issue new vouchers or contact me.

Im very dissapointed as no on has.
