I bought a teapot from Woolworths and the lid fell out and broke while unpacking. I wrote to Woolworths Customer Services asking if they by anychance have a spare lid amongst their damaged stock. I received feed back saying they would look into it and approx 2 weeks later a replacement arrived this morning via courier. FREE OF CHARGE! Thank you Woolworths - fantastic service.
