Losing good cusstomers due to FICA

Account holders were asked to FICA their accounts, which I did in Dec. 2012. In January I got an sms saying that I need to go and see the Accounts. Dept. at any Edgars. Went in to Sandton and I was told that because the paper I submitted with my husband's initials on, was not acceptable. I have no mail of my own coming to any address other than my postal address. This was explained to them and a phone call was made to the a person dealing with the FICA quesries and accounts. After a long explanation to this person, she told me that she had spoken to her Supervisor and that they will unblock the account. This was after I told her that I was going to close my account, as I did not see why I had to be embarassed at a till point any longer. She begged me not to close the account and said all was ok and the account unblocked.
Yesterday (2/4/2013) I made a purchase at Red Square, Sandton and was told once again that the account was blocked. Well, they once again called whoever it was to sort this out once again and eventually after a 45 min. wait, I purchased the goods Again today I went into Edgars, Sandton to make a small purchase and again the a/c ws blocked. My a/c will be closed
