I am disappointed and frustrated with my recent experience at Game, Menlyn.
On 29/01/2013, I purchased a LG Fridge. We paid the fridge and the delivery fee, cash. However, it did not arrive within the stated time frame. When I called the store in an attempt to learn what had happened, NO ONE could tell, what is going on, or where the fridge are of even if the delivery man had the fridge on the truck, at that time I really think no one even knew who the delivery person was. Every sales consultant I spoke to told me a deferent story; do any of the workers at Game, Menlyn know how things work around there?
The manager didn't have a clue how to sort this problem. I will be at the store tonight to get a refund. And Hello Peter will definitely not be the last one getting this complaint.
