I recently noticed a charge that has been debited to my account and upon enquired this on the 17 December 2013.On the 6 January 2014, I had received no responce and followed up accordingly only to be told it was a policy that was taken out in 2005.
I then requested proof of this and only to be told that Edgars does not keep documents for 2005.
Edgars now refuse to reverse the debits and am unable to confirm that I took the policy which I find unnaceptable.
