I have an account with Edgars which i recently paid off. After a while i got a message from them stating that my name has been submitted to the credit bureau. I enquired about this, even provided proof of payment and was told that the account will be rectified but this issue seems to be escalating. I spoke to 3 different consultants who have confirmed my account is indeed paid up. When i call the head office of Edgars they wont hear anything of it and insist that i owe them. I am uhappy with the way i have been treated and the way my account has been handled. Honestly i am rather fed up with it all!
