This is the most disgusting service i have ever received from Woolworths, I initially went to trade Route mall to return the gift however I was turned back saying they dont stock Trenery which anyway is not my problem, i was referred to the bigger stores so i went Clearwater wasting my time and petrol. At Clearwater they refused wanting to give me a Country Road gift card czuase i didnt have a slip. I refused that. The item was r699 at Trade Route it decreased to R499 and now at Cleawater R374. i have lost my petrol and the value of my Trenery dress beacause no-one wanted to be accountable..This is the most disappointing service from Woolworths to date. this is not what Woolworths stands for and lives by. i will make sure i inform everyone i know who buys at Woolworths of this... Disgruntled.
